“ This place Is in a location where not many options around to choose unless you want to drive a little bit but I was pretty surprised at my visit. I'll first start off with the customer service there my waiter Kala has an amazing smile and personality and was very suggestive on the menu selects. I'm " trying " to eat healthy but I had a little cheat day here and I didn't waste it. The ramen I ordered was the Tori Patian (chicken stock base) and it was so flavorful!!! Best food to have on a chilly day (I added some fish cakes and shrimp to mine ). The Takoyaki was great, very crispy I just wish the balls had a LITTLE MORE octopus but overall I was happy with the taste. The conversation was so good I ordered a Red Phoenix Roll to go, lol I tried one it was good as well. The guy working the sushi counter was nice and always moving re-stocking and doing prep work. I like when a person takes pride in their work good job bro . The atmosphere is really chill, I can see why people sit here 30-40 mins after their bowl. Inside dining is a little small however so if you do fancy a good ramen be sure to come in early anytime in the afternoon gets pretty busy. Overall I will definitely give this spot another try! ”

“ We've been to the Hokkaido in Kalispell and have to say the Great Falls one is 10x better in terms of food and the customer service. Everything we had was delicious (pictured), though the brussel sprouts tempura could be in smaller chunks. We had the BEST server, Allison! It's been a while since we had such a friendly server that just left a very memorable impression. She was very warm from the start and recommended some menu items for us to try. We told her that we are from Kalispell and about the Hokkaido there, we bonded over that. She was so positive and down to earth. The check came with some pleasant addition - these cute stickers that she explained is her way of spreading joy and kindness around. She orders the stickers herself and it was just such a sweet, unexpected gesture! This girl deserves a raise and should be in a customer service manager role! 10/10, will come back again just for Allison & the food ”

“ Given that I'm from Hawaii where ramen reins supreme, and we're in Montana, I did not expect anything out of this world amazing. So the four stars is based on the excitement of being able to eat ramen in Montana and not a reflection of the quality as compared to Hawaii. I got the vegetable sushi broth and calamari. I know, vegetable ramen makes no sense but I wanted to have veggies. I thought the broth was okay but somewhat bland. The tomatoes also didn't work well in the ramen. However, the noodles, were okay, and the bamboo shoots were the star of the show. I would've eaten a bowl of just the bamboo shoots. Also, the calamari was phenomenal. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. ”

“ We stopped here early in the dinner hour and by the time we left, it was full with a wait. We had the ramen and some sushi rolls. Both were excellent. As a bonus they offer gluten free options for the ramen. ”

“ 3.5 stars really. Super friendly staff with a clean and basic interior. Ramen broth was good, noodles were pre-packaged. The Char siu was terrible, thin, and dry though. Nigiri wise, salmon was fresh, rice was old, stale, and dry. ”

“ For Great Falls this was a nice surprise and also walking distance from the Holiday Inn Express which was also good. I ha the black garlic ramen and it was really good. The place was busy also which is usually a good sign and overall the service was also good considering how busy they were. ”
